Human Factors and Ergonomics

Our human factors design process is wrapped around understanding user needs, applying anthropometric design data, and getting physical forms and prototypes in the hands of users as quickly as possible. We iterate quickly using foam models and 3D prints. We also use Figma applications to develop, iterate, and test GUI designs. The end goal is to find the right designs to optimize how people interact with system elements and improve the performance of the system.

Industrial Design

We have an in-house industrial design team specializing in usability, human factors, industrial design, UX/UI, and branding. We focus on usability and aesthetics as critical parts of our medical device development process; they are closely integrated with technical design and implementation to ensure a cohesive user experience as well as the mitigation of usability risks.
